The state is now saying it will "aggressively pursue" repayment of $500,000 in state funds provided for the failed Koehler Brewery Square project. The city of Erie, which lent the money on behalf of the state, could be liable for any uncollected funds, the state said.
 CADIZ -- A miscue in appropriations was rectified Wednesday morning when Harrison County Prosecutor T.
