North Dakota's largest wind farm is online, and producing enough electricity to power the City of Fargo. F-P-I Energy of Florida built the project near Langdon, and Otter Tail Power and MinnKota Power have signed on as customers. And even as the brand new system was dedicated today, the company has plans to expand.
