7:10 p.m. †GTA TeleGuam gave the Guam School System a check for $481,000 in E-rate reimbursement at the school board meeting earlier this evening. GPSS acting Chief Financial Officer Wilfred Aflague said he hadn’t yet deteremined what the school system could spend the money on.
